Physiotherapy is a health care profession dedicated to reducing pain, increasing mobility, and getting you back to your most optimal level of living, whether at home, work, or play.
Welcome to our clinic! First, give us a call at 403-900-1234 to schedule an appointment or book online. We ask that you fill out our Patient History Form which will be emailed after booking, prior to your appointment.
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy, as physiotherapists are primary health care providers. However, some insurance plans require a doctor’s note in order to submit your receipts for coverage.
At Incline Physio, we treat any condition related to joints, muscles, or nerves for all age groups. If you are unsure if your problem can be addressed by us, please feel free to give us a call or Email Us.
Some examples of conditions we treat are:
- Neck and back pain or stiffness
- Nerve impingement such as sciatica
- Sports injuries such as ankle or knee sprains, tennis elbow, shoulder dislocations
- Arthritis
- Overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendonitis
- Whiplash Associated Disorders
- TMJ dysfunction
- Vertigo and dizziness
Please bring something to wear that is comfortable and allows your physiotherapist to access the area to be treated. For example, bring shorts for a low back or knee injury, or a loose t-shirt for a shoulder or neck injury.
Yes, all information you provide is kept completely confidential during and after your visit. We abide by regulations set by the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association and the Privacy Information and Protection Act (PIPA).
